Natural Opportunities: Winter Nature Walk

Today was a beautiful day.  We still have a lot of mud, but the temperatures were in the 50's and the sun was shining.  We were out the door.  It was perfect for Natural Opportunities to learn and play.

It's just not the same in the winter.

Needing a "stick" for something.

Not so empty tree . . .

Somebody was content to ride and to observe.

This picture just cracks me up. And no, the jack russell is not our dog.

How far back can I go?

Intruder, Intruder!

Fetch Bailey, be gone!

. . . and she's back!

Still content.

Not so content.  She's a stickler when it comes to personal space.

It looks fuzzy.  It feels prickly!

How loud can kids be before scaring the kid?

Finishing off with a Superman Flight.

Natural Opportunities is a combined "N" and "O" post for Blogging through the Alphabet.
